Lovely Beach Retreat.

Perfect weekend stay. The house was cute, in a great location, and newly remodeled. Laura the owner allowed is to arrive a little early and we enjoyed every minute. Many extras were there including a pack and play for my grandson, many supplies beyond the Verbo norm, even cruiser bikes which we didn't use this time but may next time. I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood too.

Great home in perfect location!

This is our second stay and we would love to return. The home is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It has everything you need for a small family. The house is close to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. We loved the hot/cold outdoor shower after getting chilly and sandy at the beach. The owner keeps the house stocked with lots of shampoo and conditioner and even some extras like condiments! The ownder is very nice and responsive to requests.

Beach Bungalow in Pierpont Beach

The bungalow was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was recently renovated. The bungalow was about 3 miles to the Channel Island National Park Visitor Center. We were able to just walk down the road to the beach to watch the sunset…beautiful

Pierpont Beach bungalow

The bungalow was perfect for our son's wedding weekend. The bungalow was spacious, clean and a perfect location to accommodate our needs. It was a huge plus for us that it was dog friendly, has private parking and walking distance to the beach. We truly had a wonderful time and highly recommend the bungalow to other visitors!

Beautiful Beach Property

We stayed at Laura’s beach house while we were in town for the Ventura marathon. The house was clean, well-stocked with kitchen items and outdoor chairs, and so close to the beach. The fire pit was an added plus for making s’mores one night. Neighborhood was quiet at night and within walking distance to several local restaurants, which we ate at. Definitely would stay there again and communication with Laura was quick and easy.

Beach House Sanctuary

Laura is the hostess with the mostess. Thoughtful, kind, and the listing is devine- calm colors, serene (nearly) beachfront property next to a darling elementary school where kids have PE on the sand! Sunset beach walks were the best - even with the winter breeze. We also enjoyed the nearby thrifting opportunities (Main Street), the yogurt shop (walkable), and a short drive (30 min) day trip to visit friends in Santa Barbara.

Early Christmas Celebration Weekend

For the past 6 years, I rent a Ventura beach house for an early family Christmas weekend. Family from Solvang to San Diego meet up with our Ventura family members to celebrate and enjoy time together. This was the first time we rented the Beach Bungalow. It was exceptional! Although a little further from the beach than other stays, it was perfect! Clean, nice decor and outdoor deck and seating, comfy beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, condiments, etc. The hostess was super communicative and accommodating. No stress. Full fun! We'd love to return next year.

Exceptional Property with a Wonderful Location

Very comfortable indoor and outdoor living. Very clean, newly remodeled, and promotes a relaxing environment. Very well stocked, even 2 sets of dishes! You could tell the owner wanted you to have a good experience. The location was perfect, within a block of the beach. If you are going to the channel islands, the marina is a 8 min drive. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Beautiful weekend at the beach

We had a beautiful three day weekend at the beach. Laura’s vacation rental is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want to enjoy your time at the beach. It was easy for our daily walk on the beach and enjoying evening sunsets. In addition, it is very close to activities in the Ventura area.
