“We stayed here for Presiden't day weekend and it was really great - you can not beat the location, right on the beach and close to downtown Montecito. You can also walk to the Rosewood, which is just gorgeous. We got a day pass for the pool one day and walked down from the bungalow. The only critique I would have is get rid of the 1-ply toilet paper! For a place this nice (and expensive) I would appreciate a nicer toilet paper experience ;) We will definitely come back!”

“My dad and I attended my cousin's wedding. The location of the home was great. The only issues I had but did not affect our stay was that the door lock did not work when we were leaving and parking was a small issue. My dad can't walk that far and if parking wasn't available outside the front gate we had to work around that issue. But most of the time parking was available. Communication with the owner was great and the owner was responsive. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“The place was decent. Wish there was more seating in the living room (like another couch or sectional). I would have liked the back sitting area to have been a bit neater and cleaned up. I would stay again. ”

“Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. It really has a Great view and located next to a nice family and pet friendly park. In all fairness, we would stay there again but it would be nice for it to be better kept up and cleaned.
