Upstairs second living area offers a quiet retreat with additional seating and TV. Bedroom 1 has a California king bed, smart TV, private balcony with ocean views, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a California king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two additional half bathrooms. Downtown Ventura is 10 minutes away with Surf Brewery, Aloha Steakhouse, Made West Brewing, and boutique shopping along Main Street. Channel Islands National Park boat departures leave from the harbor for world-class kayaking, snorkeling, and hiking. The Ventura River Trail for biking and walking is a 7-minute drive inland.
