“Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience.”

“Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. “We booked two nights at casita eco-glamping and loved it! After spending a week in hotels in SoCal, the casita was our last stop and by far our favorite! It was beautifully decorated and has a premium vibe while still feeling rustic. The beds were so cozy and incredibly comfortable. The location feels remote while still being very close to Santa Barbara and Goleta. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip down this way!”
