“Dowds' Country Inn was beautiful and picturesque, and charming in that way that only old buildings can be. The sign was very difficult to read at night, but once we found the place, we loved it. Just beyond the inn parking lot you could see a beautiful herb and vegetable garden. The entryway was beautiful and inviting. My partner and I entered the lobby and found it warmly lit, with a sign expressing regrets that no one could be there to greet us (we were arriving late at night). On the front...

“We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was well done. Good design. We loved having the farm dogs greet us. I know the cabin is new and still a work in progress. I would recommend putting in a pathway to the cottage for pulling your luggage. Also better, more bath towels and ample supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Just some suggestions for future. Overall it was a very lovely stay. ”
