The hotel is ideal for a short beach getaway plan. The facilities are well-maintained and in fairly decent conditions. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, but overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel has direct access to a stunning beach.

I do not recommend it, look for another option
The room is comfortable and complete, the sheets had sand to be cleaned even before using them, the piciesta is practically in the parking lot and with very little space, it does not have loungers, only chairs and it can be used only until 8 p.m. The beach is like a block walking on the sand, you cannot see the ocean from the hotel, the beach chairs and umbrellas are removed at 4 pm, which is very inconvenient for those who are on rest days, if you request cleaning service only that they go to do is change towels they do not make the beds or change sheets, the parking is very uncomfortable .. it did not meet our expectations, only one bbq for the entire hotel

Thank you so much for your review at the Prestige Hotel. The hotel will like to received constructive reviews. The hotel has ocean views from the oceanfront rooms and the pool deck. The Hotel has direct private accept to the almost private beach. The videos and pictures taking by guest and the hotel shows that the hotel is located right on the beach. The hotel has an enhanced safety policy due to the current pandemic, and most guest (70%) don’t want housekeeping. Cleaning can be arranged at front desk for longer stays, but under the hotel’s enhance safety regulations. The priority is for our staff and guest to be safe. Regarding “the beach is far, the sand too hot, and the ocean water is too salty” type of remarks... We are not going to dignify that with an answer. Thanks for choosing us as your vacation getaway. We look forward to welcome you back. Regards.

Las camadas muy cómodas ,la ubicación muy buena. Cuando hice la reserva decía desayuno incluido, cuando llegas al hotel no te lo dan por el COVID-19 . Podrían dar desayuno to go. O directamente no ofrecerlo cuando uno hace la reserva. Muy mal de Parte de Hoteles.com y el Hotel.

Shortly after I booked this room I received a message from the hotel telling me that the room that I had booked is noisy, small and poorly located and that I should pay for an upgrade. This came after I had already paid for the room and was within the one week cancellation. This is a bait and switch plain and simple.

This is a very nice, economical and clean property. The poll is not large but it is heated. The lobby had a decent continental breakfast. The nearby Waldo’s restaurant was great! We will stay again! P.S. the Agama lizards were fun to watch! We were blessed the maintenance men were trimming the coconut palms to include cutting into the coconuts and giving them to the guests! Yummy!

Upon arriving about 8:15 pm we checked into our room and were immediately overwhelmed by bleach fumes. My eyes started watering and I could feel the chemicals in my throat and chest. I am also extremely allergic to mold. I went down to the front desk to ask for another room. I had to pay an additional155.40 for a new room for two nights. That's over 250 per night AND it wasn't our fault we had to change rooms. We were there for a funeral service and I wasn't about to add stress to the already stressful time. I have tried three times to contact management about this and only got one response when they had no idea why I was contacting them. I KNOW they got three messages and they decided to ignore them. Bleach fumes are toxic. Mold is toxic. That room should not be rented. Someone is going to get very sick. That being said, it appears that the staff tries really hard to accommodate guests in a hotel that needs so much. It is nowhere near boutique level, and is not worth the money. There are nicer hotels in the area with hopefully better management.

We enjoyed our ocean front room! The beach chairs and umbrellas were free of charge and set up each morning right on the ocean sand. The free breakfast was great! The pool was clean. The rooms were clean and had a kitchenette so we could cook meals. We used the grill on the patio to cook burgers and utensils were supplied at the front desk. We had a great stay! The beds were doable. They could be replaced to make this a 6/5 star hotel. I give it 5 stars!

Prestige hotel was beautiful, our room was clean and we were able to get towels if we needed them. Housekeeping was done , every 3 days. Beach access was great we had beach chairs and umbrella from the hotel. Excellent stay!!😎

We enjoyed the property. Very convenient parking & the staff were really kind & friendly. Our room was freshly cleaned upon checkin time & it was comfortable & roomy. The beach was gorgeous & we enjoyed the bbq one evening. Beautiful & relaxing area outside the pool as well ! Cooking utensils need to b updated & a missing burner knob on our stove & the water was slow running down n the shower. But mainly everything was top notch. Thank-u for everything 👍

This was a cheap motel charging high prices because it is on the beach. Uncomfortable bed, way too soft, and basic amenities. Breakfast was bare bones. Beach was very nice and they did provide lounge chairs and umbrellas.

At first sight the exterior seemed dated but while walking to your room you see that the pavers are all new. I like what they are doing by restoring this motel back to like. The room was very clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Parking area a little tight for larger vehicles. There was a small kitchen in our room which would be nice for longer stays. The biggest plus was the very short walk to the beach. For the price I paid the stay was more than worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel.
