“1. Problems with the keycode. It took about 30 to 60 minutes to contact the owner. 2. Cleaning crew took keys that should have been in the house, this problem was not solved so I just used the keys in the lockbox. 3. Parking was restricted so the owner told me to park in the adjacent grass lot.
