“Great room! The tv is great. The air is great!”

“Clean room. Nearby to what we needed to see family. Don’t use the kitchen appliances. Has washer and dryer.”

“This place was put together on the cheap. Things falling off of the walls or falling over every day. Refrigerator looks like it’s straight out of 1980s. One bedroom tv didn’t work. In the other bedroom the vent didn’t blow enough so we had to put the air way down to make it bearable in there. This caused the rest of the house freezing. Pet friendly but no backyard. Front yard filled with huge weeds. We were there for 3 weeks and no one ever came to take care of it. We were embarrassed when...

“Had a good night rest and with in walking distance of a lot of good food and fun activities.”

“Great location and a very clean room. Host was very attentive and gracious.”

“A lovely home in a convenient location for getting around the city. Check in was easy. And when we arrived the lighting, gentle background music, temperature and subtle scent were welcoming. Exploring the original art throughout the home made it more appealing. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. I would surely choose this home again on a return trip!”

“No sé respeto la hora de check in, ni la anticipada ofrecida por el anunciante ni la estándar. Entregaron la propiedad casi una hora tarde, y no hubo más que una disculpa. La propiedad la rente por un viaje de placer asi que todo lo programe para no tener que esperar en la calle a que me entregaran la propiedad, y eso no lo considero el anunciante, es más él no me notifico del retraso, me entere hasta que llegue unos minutos después del check in estándar.”

“Everything was very clean and it was nice to have access to the kitchen with basic supplies. The only thing is you really have to read about the pet policy as it didn’t show up in Expedia instructions. Otherwise, it was wonderful.”

“It was so relaxing and I felt at home. I had everything I needed to make my week easy to get through. Loved the home, the bed. 20 out of 10!!”

“As advertised, clean, pet friendly, and in a great neighborhood. Would recommend.”

“Smelled like cats/gross”

“Great little place! Nice, clean, quiet and so close to the Midtown nightlife!”

“The home was quaint, bright, modern, with up to date appiances. It was very clean. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because there's a strong smoke odor throughout that was attempted to be masked by air freshener. Fortunately, we spent very little time in it due to family activities in the area. If I come back, I probably won't stay here again. Host was appropriately communicative.”

“The price was fair until you add in the $50 per pet fee that was buried in policy and very hard to find.”

“Pretty nice spot, very lively neighborhood and close to a lot of stores and restaurants.”

“Great stay, love the property and location.thanks!”
