“Fantastic accommodation with lots of amenity included - hairdryer, breakfast, a desk, lots of powerpoints, even an extra blanket. Rooms were very clean and minimal but stylish. Would be good if there were more stair openings from the carpark to the suites. Friendly staff! Beautifully kept grounds.”

“I had a lovely stay at the Cubana in Ballina. They are the friendliest staff I have ever met and always had a smile and a chat. The rooms were spotless and I just loved that I had a kitchen and laundry available anytime of the day. The pool was sparkling and the grounds well cared for. The rooms were quiet and even though many people stayed, I didn't hear them. Thanks for a great stay.”

“The breakfast at the Hotel was magnificent, a great choice of cold buffet food. The Hotel is a beautiful old colonial building restored to a high standard. There was quiet AC in the rooms and comfortable, beds we slept well. Pool area with loungers and sun umbrellas was well maintained . The staff could've be more pleasant or helpful. ”

“The staff we’re very accommodating we arrived early and asked if we could have our room as we were attending a funeral and they accommodate us in our request. The room was clean neat and tidy. Amenities were good. If we had a function in Ballina we would definitely stay there again.”

“Whenever I travel to Northern NSW I always stay at Ballina Palms even if I spend my time in other parts of Northern NSW. Andre & his family were having a well earned break and the two stand-in hosts made my time feel very welcome & helped me with my basic requests such as topping up my coffee, tea, milk, biscuits & bathroom amenities on the 3 nights I stayed. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms in good condition. The place is a close walk to the creek &...
