“This is a beautiful home exactly as listed! Incredibly clean, modern, and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the deck was ideal for morning coffee and listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or grilling at home. The hosts have thought of everything. This was the perfect location for our week of hiking, an easy drive to both Garden of the Gods and Little Grand Canyon. Plenty of wineries and restaurants close by as well. We will definitely be back 😊”

“The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 3. Our contact was courteous. The house location was great for Bell Smith Spring Trails. It’s not too far from the Garden of the rocks and the Rim Rock Trail. There was a small restaurant nearby in case travelers don’t want to cook. ”

“Rented for three nights in December. Pre-communication was not as expected. We had to contact the host to receive an email for the “unlock code” and the wifi. Arrived at dusk and saw a MasterLock keybox on the side of the wall but could not unlock the box to get the keys. Call to the host rolled to voicemail with a full mailbox. Called VRBO who patched us through to the host. She explained the code was for a keypad on the door not the lockbox. We couldn’t see that because the outside light was...
