“We loved this hotel. It had a rooftop bar and pool with a great view, and in addition it had a pool at ground level which was great for relaxation. Our room was really nice and the staff was really friendly. The area was also nice, with both local and international food options. There was a shopping mall right by the hotel which was great for buying groceries and get a local coffee, and the hotel was right by the lake, so it was a beautiful walk into town. The only thing that was not 100% was...

“Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. ”

“It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.”
