“It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.”

“Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on...

“I loved this property for the beautiful rooftop and breakfast included with my booking . Also I can’t say enough about Travis , he made my stay memorable. Helped with navigating with the locals and any problems or questions I had. He seemed sincere and he helped me with my planning for my next day. I feel like he went over and above what I expected.
