“We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful, and our room cleaner also did a great job. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would gladly recommend the hotel. However, one area that could be improved is the kitchen staff. “I love the villa and the staff are very nice and friendly. I also like the breakfast as it is very good and of great variety. The only suggestion for improvement is the internal Tuk tuk service going back to our villa. On our first night, we waited almost 1h for the tuk tuk to send us back to our hotel. That guy in charge of arranging tuk tuk kept telling us to wait and next one would be our turn. Ended we really waited and didn’t realise that we should just walk back then, as we would have...
