“The staff treated customers as part their family. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy and Ali are awesome representatives of your company. Although we took the 2 day tour it was very relaxing and scenic😎”

“Lovely cruise staff was wonderful”

O check-in no píer tb foi organizado. “Crew members were very nice and helpful. The foods are good overall. The bathroom is flooded for a while due to the way it is constructed. I like the boat ride visiting other quiet part of Ha long bay. The ride from the marina to the boat was over an hour and the boat didn't really move much in the Bay. If I had to pay the full price, then the cruise needs more improvement.”

Salimos encantados.. Gracias ”

“The boat amd our room were super clean and comfortable. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating leading up to and during the cruise, especially Helen with our booking and Stella, our amazing waitress on the cruise!! We highly recommend Rita Cruises.”
