“Check-in process is long, tedious, redundant, frustrating, and simply not necessary. The location is decent and the neighborhood is not very clean. Inside is older and outdated. I'm not sure one door closed properly. ”

“I really enjoyed staying here everything was great I had a hard time figuring out the thermostat but we finally got it together and I was surprised about the driveway but other than that it was great. I just want to make a suggestion if you want you should get the little shoe booties especially when they first get there for their shoes and dish rags. We had a great stay thank you.”

“The kitchen counters were filthy. All of our towels were wet upon arrival. The floor in the living room had wood planks torn from the floor. This is a dangerous/hazardous situation. The furniture in the living room was dirty. The rug in one of the bedrooms was dirty. A towel bar in one of the bathrooms was broken. In one of the bathrooms there was no running hot water in the sink.Extremely disappointed! Definitely false advertisement through the pictures posted on line.”
