The place was nice and tucked in a back corner of the complex which gave plenty of privacy but made parking a challenge. The bed was not a queen - more like a full. There was no furniture on the balcony and (not the owners fault) but there were quite a few wasps due to the wooded area right outside the apartment. “We arrived at 4 pm at check into find someone putting a bed together . The person doing that told us we could come back in a couple hours . When we got back the bed that was being replaced was fine but come to find out the second bedroom bed is actually a cot which was missing several of the bed rails.”

No communication was received until I had to contact host to get address and key code when we arrived. Tried to reach out to host regarding a partial refund because of Hurricane Helene hitting Atlanta and Florida but said we had to cancel prior to checkin Date. Tell me how that is possible when hurricane took a turn so no way to cancel before end...
