“The apartment was perfect, as shown in the app, but we were surprised of the good location, in a cozy neighborhood and very close to the historical city center. We were surprised by the beauty of the city and its atmosphere. The only drawback was that the apartment was in a 4th floor with no elevator, and if you have children or many luggage you'll have to lift it by yourself... but that's the price you have to pay in old buildings :)”

“We had a great stay in Lyon. The building is very old and historic but the apartment is updated and clean. The location is great though it is extremely noisy at night - i suggest bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.”

“Great location: walkable to the markets on Quai Celestines, shopping on Rue de Republique , Bistros on Rue Mercier, and near the metro. Washing machine was useful and clothes dried on the heated bathroom rack. Nicely remodeled unit, small but very efficient space. Minor considerations: no view, a bit tight for cars and dropping luggage, no AC but had ceiling fan. Great communication. We enjoyed our stay!”

“This was a lovely flat to share amongst three people, allowing each person to have individual bedrooms. Very comfortable living room. Super modern kitchen. It's in a quiet part of Lyon, near the Botanical garden and close to metro stop Massena, making it very easy to get to the old town. We very much enjoyed this flat and our stay there. To the cooconr management: The only negative in this flat- there was an odd, rather unpleasant smell in the apartment reminiscent of fish? Vinegar? not good!...

“Could not stay here ...had to book into hotel. Not fit for human habitation.Awful smell if sewage downstairs. Hazardous steep dark unlit stairs tili mezzanine. Broken patio doors. "garden area" filthy and broken down. .with signs of snsmek faeces. ”

“l’appartement est sympa mais le canapé est défoncé, la poussière est l’occupant principale des lieux la poignée de porte est cassée dans les toilettes la porte du frigo trône dans le salon le fauteuil est complètement usé et les chutes de simili se répandent dans l’appartement les miettes des precedents locataires tapissés les tabourets, les vitres sont innommables le hall d’entrée est un débarras( tapis, tv ) c’est vraiment dommage !”
