This home is big and can host many people. It has great potential to be a great home. Unfortunately our stay was not that great. The home was not clean, had dead spidees on the walls and floor. Paint peeling off the walls and doors. The primay bathroom had a smell. The outdoor furniture was extremely dirty amd worn. I paid extra to have the pool heated and it was never heated. Had to contact the host multiple times. The outside grill was nasty and raggedy. Very disappointed. I sent pictures to the host in hopes they would make changes to make this home great.The host did not want to refund the money for heated pool initially; only wanted to give me a gift card. After pushback I was refunded that portion of the trip.Lastly, the host sent me a message today to give a 10/10 and I will receive a giftcard. I took the approach to not give a review and speak directly with the host but now I feel compelled due to the recent outreach that they will rate me 10/10 as a guest and give a gift card if I rate the stay 10/10. Bad business! Hopefully they took my private suggestions to heart and cleaned up the home.
