“Knowledgeable and helpful staff (thankyou Deb!). Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised. Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip.”

“The rooms in the hotel are fantastic - spacious, very clean and the view from the window was lovely. The rooms have a modern feel to them and are nice and bright. The welcome fizz at reception when checking in was also a nice touch. Staff were always very friendly. The hotel is located very centrally within Perth so nothing is that far away either. My only point of constructive feedback would be the breakfast, which I thought could have been fresher.”

“We stayed here for my partners birthday and I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. The only criticism I had was the fire grill restaurant as it says everywhere even on the TV that it closes at 10:30pm and when we got there they told us they closed at 9pm. Other than that it was wonderful and I would definitely come here again!”

“Location is central which is helpful. Laundromat about 400 meters up the road. Shower and bathroom were clean and tidy. Like most hotels the mini fridge was too small and didn't have a freezer compartment. Breakfast was ok but on the days I was there staff weren't attentive to the juice and drink stations and these ran out. The revolving doors are more a novelty and make it difficult if you have more than 2 bags trying to enter the premises.”

El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema.”

“We have stayed in other 5 Star hotels in Perth and been disappointed. Ritz Carlton DID NOT disappoint! Lovely hotel, great location. Rooms, spa, pool, bars and restaurant all clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay.”

“Excellent shops nearby, bars, restaurants, retail and 24/7 groceries. Our room unfortunately had a musty smell coming from the air-conditioning and the towels had a damp smell.”
