“The room was filthy dirty, infested in roaches. The sink to one of the bathrooms wouldn’t drain, urine stains were all over the pocket doors to the restrooms. All pillows were yellow and stained. The management just dropped off a Ross bag with new linens after we called to complain. No other solution was offered, all they suggested was that we would cancel our stay and rent elsewhere. “We enjoyed our stay although it wasn't without its problems. The management company was very responsive - fixed a water leak on day 1. The sunset view from the lanai is special, but the table only seats 2 so if you have 4 adults, beware. The grounds are well-kept and the pool areas is nice. The beach is a short stroll and you can walk quite a long way to the north. Not great for swimming and no good for snorkeling but ok for a quick dip.
