Beautiful ocean views and wonderful ocean waves at night. The only issue we had at the property was the animal feces on the lawn in front of the lanai/patio. It was present every morning and we had to dodge and walk around. It was difficult to find a spot on the lawn in front of the lanai that was not littered with animal feces. The communication received was that it was feral cat poop, however; as a cat owner I knew it was not. One of the people staying with us identified that at night, invasive species of snails came out and left the poop at night, but the interesting thing is that it was not present in front of all the patios. It was concentrated in front of two units. Communication received indicated that it was to be expected due to the flower beds, however; there were flower beds all over the property and the feces were not present in all of those other places. I would encourage someone to actually lay eyes on this to see if there's a remedy for this property.
