“This was one of the best vacation properties we have ever enjoyed. Beautiful home with everything and anything one could possibly hope for. Neat and tidy as a pin, we opened all the windows and sliding glass doors to let the warm breezes and the sounds of the waves run through the house. Just amazing. The beach is 10 feet off the house.”

“We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). The overall location of Princeville is good as it is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and neighboring towns and beaches of interest. I had the impression it was closer to the beach itself, but it is sometimes hard to tell from the map. All around it was a pleasant...

“We stayed with our adult children and their partners for just over a week and it was a great place for the six of us. Kitchen was well outfitted with all you need for cooking including a blender and even a rice cooker, though strangely no microwave. Plenty of beach towels and a washer and dryer too. We very much enjoyed the place.”

“What an amazing house!! Our stay could not have been more perfect, the house was so clean, in an amazing location, and so well stocked. We were able to cook every day, use surfboards, boogie boards, bicycles, snorkels, beach chairs to enjoy the beach, Micheal and Leila have thought of everything! They were available for any questions and made us feel really welcome.Our teenagers loved the outdoor shower and bathtub. Our family will definitely be back! ”

“We stayed at this beautiful home in Princeville for 10 nights with our whole family of 7 , ages 3, 10, 12, 17, 20 and 54, and we had the time of our lives!The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of and beautifully decorated . This home is squeaky clean!!!! The kitchen was stocked like a chef’s kitchen, and we loved cooking meals together and enjoying them on the gorgeous lanais. “One of, if not best rentals we've stayed in. The house is very nicely appointed, the decor is modern and fresh, it had all the amenities to enjoy a beach holiday and make a nice dinner and eat outside. The location is ideal, close to shops, golf, a quick drive to Hanalei to have a picnic and watch the sunset and early morning walks. The property manager was attentive and responsive when needed but it had everything. We will rent this property again, why search for anything else. We will be back...
