“Not good!! Booked a twin room but was given only one bed. No wifi provided. Common bathroom with only a single shower. Sink in room but no glassware. Very noisy bar downstairs. Emailed the owner but no response. Overall appalling. Will not be back. Not good!! ”

“Great apartment furnished in eclectic Raglan style. The host was very thoughtful (leaving eggs, cheese, bread etc for breakfast) and easy to communicate with. The hillside view from the back deck is beautiful. The apartment was very clean and had off-street parking right out front. Overall, a great value. ”

“Excellent location. Situated on the waterside, east walking to local cafes, shops, walks. Premises clean and plenty of space. 2bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very serviceable, decor could use a refresh, however we spent most of our time out and about seeing the sites. Would definitely recommend ”

The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty.”

“I didn't know that there is no staff onsite and that reception is at a different motel that is further than walking distance away. I found this out after I booked. The lights on the outside of the building and lack of good curtains meant that room 1 was not dark at night. I asked to be moved which the staff were happy to oblige. “There are no check-in staff at the motel, so you have to check-in at a different hotel and then come here. That guy was pretty nice and friendly though. The shower had a tiny drain and no shower tray, so the bathroom completely flooded, even with a short shower. There is not stove or anything in the "kitchen". There was a leak coming from behind the fridge too, so a constant pool of water on the floor. It was pretty noisy with other guests making noise and no staff to do anything about it.”
