“La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca de todo, atención amable y limpieza, pero hubo algunas cosas que no me gustaron: el personal de limpieza siempre está yendo y viniendo y empiezan a trabajar antes de la hora de check out, cuando todavía estábamos en pijama, me pareció incómodo, no hay elevador en todas las áreas y tuve que subir y bajar escaleras con una maleta pesada, tampoco me pareció que cobren el servicio de regadera, creo que eso es algo básico que debe estar incluido.”

“This place is good to be an onsen, the onsen itself is really good, they have a place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the capsule and includes beverages, beer, wine, even popcorn, free amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush, q-tips, shampoo, razors and foam. The hall of the capsules smells like feet and I imagine why. Inside the capsule it was never a issue, they have a little fan and a curtain and if you want to go extra a little tv. The only problem is you go need to go to first floor...

“外国人の方が多いので、入り口の靴の散乱と、スリッパのゴミ？が凄いです。せっかくの入り口なので綺麗にした方が良いと思います。フロントに、人がいる時間帯でしたが、挨拶もなく、目があっても無視、椅子の上に座ったままで膝をかかえて、なんとも姿勢が悪く、あれなら人は居ても見えないようにした方が良いです。施設の印象が下がりました。”

“Great place to experience a capsule stay. They even offer a kind of sleep study (optional), which I find quite interesting. They send you the results a few days later. The place is clean, and the capsule space is quite spacious. I never felt claustrophobic at any moment. The only uncomfortable thing is that the lockers are in a basement, so if you need something from your suitcase, you have to go down. And since it's a shared space, you'll come across noise from the other capsules.”

“Very good location in Tokyo, extremely clean and tidy. They provide you with soap, shampoo etc, slippers, hairdryer, towels and even Pyjamas! You can even ask for a different size. Capsule itself is as it is - a capsule, but I surprisingly slept very well. Very friendly stuff personnel. I didn’t like that there’s little space to rearrange things in suitcase / open close it. But it’s because the building is so small. ”
