“We loved our stay at the Mid-Century Retreat! The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Lexington, yet set on a beautiful property with stunning mountain views. The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Very cute cottage that sits on a farm. You can watch the goats and sheep while sipping coffee on the front porch. The cottage is modern with a nice bed, big modern bathroom, and a mini kitchenette with table, keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. The room is not very big though so it would be best for solo travelers or couples. The place is an easy 8 minute drive from Staunton shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay again for the ambiance, nature, and charm.”

“The home was in a great location and was immaculately clean and well stocked. The theater room with bunk beds was amazing, my kids loved it. Do note that the bedrooms are stocked with fans and space heaters but do not have HVAC or mini splits, so when the temperature plunged overnight my 9 month old woke up crying from cold and then when we tried to plug in the space heater, it blew the fuse. “What a beautiful place! The hosts were wonderful and the yurt was welcoming, warm, and cozy. My family had a great time playing games and just spending quality time together. Definitely a place we’d visit again.”

“This was a last-minute stay. It was an excellent choice though. The house was great! It was clean, easy to find and parking was no problem. It was a little more than I was wanting to pay but it was well worth it. Communication was no problem. She responded fast and was so helpful with what I needed. Lastly, but the most important (in my opinion) are the beds. They were nice and comfortable. There were only 2 of us that stayed so I can only vouch for 2 of the bedrooms. We will stay again. ”
