“We stayed here to visit our son while he still had obligations around the Eastman School. The place was clean and everything worked (the clothes washer was bit iffy). There were good running trails nearby and we loved seeing the goslings and other animals on the water. ”

“Everything about this tiny house unique stay was perfectly designed, constructed, appointed and maintained. We’d strongly recommend this for a romantic getaway. Thank you, Al and Nikol for making us feel so welcome!”

“A small group of friends came to stay for a long weekend to catch up and celebrate an engagement. We had a great weekend enjoying the property, beautiful weather, and an excellent host. I could not recommend this place more. You will not be disappointed. It had everything we needed for a friend getaway and so much more. Definitely check out the hosts recommendations around the bay, we had a blast! The next time we find ourselves in the Rochester area, we will be keeping this place in mind. ”
