“Room was very dirty. So many dead ants throughout the unit, over the beds, throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I suspect they put an insect repellent bomb in the room days before and forgot to clean up the mess. Yes we did speak to management and they did offer to change the sheets but we were only there for one night and we were tired when we arrived. There was hair and eye lashes in the main bed also which was a bit gross. Dated unit. Noisey from traffic on a Saturday night. Probably...

“This was our second time staying here and I think our first time was much better. The cabin was quite worn down and could do with a refresh. We were placed in between two construction zones- one for the local council and then the cabin next to us which was being renovated Not the most pleasant experience to have construction and loud music at 7am on holidays without any notice. It is a convenient location and the beach is beautiful but if you're looking for peace and quiet might not be the right...

“The property and staff were both outstanding. A very minor issue was that the TV did not work, I did not raise the issue at the time of my stay as it wasn't a major concern. All in, the place is great! Very impressed. ”

“On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...
