“Lovely stay as the hotel is centrally located and the bed was super comfortable ”

“This has been my preferred accommodation for a decade however Room 4 was terrible. It had an adjoining door and my neighbours had lights on and talking until 1224 a.m. so not able to get to sleep. The lounge was vinyl worn to thread bear. Plus black hairs on it. There was a baby huntsman and a big daddy longlegs spiders living in the shower and the bed side lamps were very dusty level with my face. No greeting instructions I usually get, they said Expedia didn't supply?”

“Overall experience was not as expected. The reception staff are not the best and not helpful. Could hear the window fly screen tapping on the window, and the trees brushing on the exterior all through the night. The only good thing was the food we bought from the kiosk in the morning.”

“On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

“Great large rooms with timber ceilings and very clean. Only downfall was there was no sink, plates or cutlery so, bad luck if you wanted to eat your own cereal or breakfast.”
