We had great rooms with a great view of the fells. The spa is wonderful. I had a fantastic afternoon in the gym and pool then relaxed with a book with occasional trips to the outdoor spa. “Self check instructions were clear. Room was serviced while we were out. Help via the phone was immediate when we needed it. Room clean and spacious. All very good. Only downside was that car park was a good 5-8 minute walk away… but at least there was parking as opposed to there being none. Needed window open as warm weather but that lead to noise disturbance. Of course that was due to fabulous central location - I realise you can’t have central and quiet! I’d stay again, thank you. ”

The “Welcome Pack” was a great and welcome surprise which is a definite plus compared to other rentals in this area. Master bedroom had a superb en suite plus a great view of Loughrigg Brow.
