“Lovely place for a week-end getaway ! We enjoyed the calm and privacy of the property. Minutes from downtown Newport, but away from the crowd. Lori was very attentive to our needs, and helped book a great restaurant. The only thing I would improve is to get a small microwave for the cottage, warming up food on the stovetop was not the best... Otherwise , great experience , would visit again !”

“We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. Walking to the beach was wonderful, we walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. “We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. ”

“The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies.”

“We loved our weekend at Deb and John’s cottage! Everything in the house was fresh and inviting, in great condition, and absolutely immaculate (by far the cleanest house we’ve ever rented).
