“All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!”

“What a lovely weekend! We were in town for Parents’ Weekend at URI and this delightful home was just what we needed. A quick drive to campus, dinner in Narragansett and even quicker drive to bagels, sandwiches, coffee, and a lovely little grocery. The house had great space for cooking meals (plenty of pots and pans…space to eat…oils and spices in the cabinets). The three rooms and comfy tv space for watching football was ideal.
