We never received codes to get in the apartment. I had to call from the airport and then they were sent. I was told they had neglected to send the information on Monday. It was uncomfortable after a long flight from U.S. to have to be on hold for apartment instructions.
There were no instructions on how to use the heater, oven, dispose the trash, use the t.v.
It would have been nice to have more than one trash bag provided for our 10 day stay. Also laundry pods with instructions on how to use the wash machine. drying dish towels and dish cloths, coffee pods for the espresso machine would have been nice to have provided by host.
