“This was a great place to stay. The location for us was perfect! Just 2 blocks to some great dining places and grocery store in a residential area which was so nice because we didn't want to venture into the City though we were also so close to the City when needed. Straight shot to the golf course where my daughter was golfing at Indian Canyon which was the best part Very clean and exactly as advertised! Train did not bother us because it never blew the horn ”

“Very nice condo. Outside stairs were a little challenging for us but very well built. Freeway noise was loud with windows open but air conditioner worked really well. Easy car access and near to everything we were headed for. Overall great place.”

“We chose this location because it was close to our family and the different events we needed to attend. What a nice surprise it was when we arrived. It's a quiet oasis close to the freeway, shopping, and restaurants, very comfortable with everything you need. The only thing missing was a couple outdoor chairs. We will definitely stay here again.”

“I really love this adorable two-bedroom condo. The modern decor and comfortable bed were much appreciated. The first floor location was perfect for visiting with older relatives and I was very excited to see the soaking tub! The kitchen was small but had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again.”

“VeeAnn is an excellent host. She quickly responds and is a good communicator. The safe, nice, quiet neighborhood is near the Arboretum which is a plus. We stay in this vrbo whenever possible. The kitchen is well stocked and shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent are provided. That's very helpful since we fly in from the East Coast. “Very nice place for a trip on a budget. If you’re 6ft or higher be aware of the short ceilings, you might need to duck down quite a bit. The neighborhood might seem a little sketchy if you’re not used to cities but you’re completely safe. Be aware before you rent you’re in the basement of where the people who own it live. Walkable to downtown, the river and anywhere you could want to go. Overall I recommend this place. ”
