wanted to take a moment to share feedback from my recent stay. First and foremost, I must commend your staff — they were absolutely outstanding. From our server Ruth to the front desk and management, the service was truly five-star. Ruth, in particular, made our dining experience memorable with her warmth and attentiveness.
However, there were a few issues that impacted our overall experience. Upon arriving in our room, I noticed the thermostat read 66°F, but the room felt unusually warm. I reported this to the front desk, and an engineer was promptly sent up. He was courteous and professional, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved. My guests and I would have preferred to move to another room, as it seemed the unit may have been nearing the end of its life.
We decided to enjoy drinks and small bites at the hotel, and again, Ruth provided excellent service. That said, the menu felt limited, and the drinks didn’t quite match their price point in terms of quality.
The most disruptive part of our stay was the fire alarm testing between 10 AM and noon. Being awakened by a blaring alarm was extremely unpleasant, especially without prior notice. Additionally, our room lacked an ironing board, which made it difficult to prepare for work. Having an iron without a board was an unexpected inconvenience.
While the staff truly shined, I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest experiences. Thank you for your time and attention.
