This hotel is an older facility, but was well maintained. Two stories, stairs on outside, doors open to outside. The rooms were clean and everything in our room worked fine. The building is right beside the highway so there was a little road noise as our room was on the end and closest to the road. The outside lighting was good and parking lot felt safe. Breakfast was meager but sufficient. Regular coffee was empty, but I drink decaf and it was full. :-) It was convenient and sufficient for the one night we were there. I was very glad to have a place to stay near Kettle Creek and Washington Georgia and would stay there again. I liked that they obviously recycled their key cards.

Everyone working here went above and beyond to give great customer service. Property is in need of many updates but I could see that they work hard to make it the best that they can.

For a small motel in the middle of nowhere. I was highly impressed with the new furniture and flooring in the room, the helpfulness of the staff, and the general professionalism. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean, quiet, and safe.

The staff was excellent when we checked in. The walls were so thin there was no sleep because you heard the people in the next room talking all night long. The next morning I went to check out and waited at the counter for over 30 minutes before a very nice lady who was cleaning the breakfast area told me to leave my key on the desk. There was someone’s key to who knows what (not room keys) on the desk and I really didn’t want to go near it. I told here there were keys there. First night was great. Second night made me never want to stay there again. Had a lot of work todo and was drained all day from no sleep and late leaving because of no staff. I will be visiting this area often over the next year and will probably stay in Elberton.

The front desk person and the house cleaners were so friendly and polite! We were initially were assigned a second floor room but needed a first floor room so it was easier to take our dog out. Even though one was not available, the front desk clerk knocked herself out rearranging other reservations so we were able to get a first floor room. The property needs some updating but overall we were happy with our stay.

Nice Stay
Stayed for one night while passing through on our way to Florida. You can see they are making upgrades. Check in took a few minutes due to new computer system. The staff was very friendly and apologetic about it. Room was very nice. AC was ice cold water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was very basic waffles and cereal but very good. There is a great Mexican restaurant across the street. I would stay here again.

I’ve stayed here for years. Small town older facility. Cleaner than it used to be for sure. Most rooms have newer flooring. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is the key here now. Excellent service.

The only rooms available were smoking rooms. I can live with that. What I can’t live with is the number of roaches I killed in the room. You’re welcome Quality Inn. That doesn’t include the numerous other bugs in the room. There were also several dead bugs that hadn’t been picked up. The bathroom was shady with more bugs and several roaches. The worst part is I was charged just over $100 a night for two nights. I will not be staying in Washington, GA again. I will drive the extra 30 miles and stay in Augusta. This place is ridiculous. This hotel needs some serious renovations. And please, call Orkin or some other pest control company.
