“Stay was not pleasant. Rental had a bad smell, alarm went off in utility room and then water stopped working on last day so had to leave a day early. Texted /called Vacasa several times over multiple days but never got a call back. On one of my callbacks I was told there was nothing they could do “because owner wasn’t calling them back”. Such a bad experience! Vacasa was awful to deal with.”

“5 of us stayed here for the us freestyle nationals hosted at waterville ski resort. very comfortable and large enough for three adults and two teens. kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable with the pellet stove and wood burning fireplace. The new section of the house is architecturally really cool! Great place to stay for the blizzard of 24!”

“We booked this house for a family reunion in July and were traveling with 4 family members who were in their 70's. After repeated calls to Vacasa about there being no ac in the house (or any fans) and it being stifling hot in the house we kept being told a local Vacasa representative would be in touch with us shortly. We missed over 3 hours of our family reunion waiting for a response and still have not received one (we are now home from our trip). Vacasa totally dropped the ball here on...

“Property is pretty basic but had everything we needed for a ski weekend. I had to laugh because the fan that past guests commented on still is very thick with dust. The floors, countertop, bathrooms and appliances were all very clean. No issues. Liked the location and the large dining table for playing cards and family dinner. It was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids (11-14). Management team was excellent. Great weekend! We would come back. The weather and skiing conditions were...
