“Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them.”

“Description was accurate. The property was clean. There is no dishwasher in the property so when my husband the chef realized that it made our decision to eat out easier. It’s pretty close to everything. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

“We stayed in three rooms here and honestly it exceeded expectation. The property is stunning — set on a vineyard with the most beautiful flowers and a a gorgeous pool. Would absolutely come back, also very comfy beds plenty of towels and beautiful outdoor spaces and kitchen facility. And we love the outdoor fireplace!”

“We once again enjoyed our stay at the Arbor House, our favorite place to stay in Santa Cruz for many summers. We especially liked the three separate sleeping areas, comfortable beds and couches, and the wonderful sunny deck overlooking the harbor and Seabright beach. Twin Lakes beach is just a block away, as are the BCycle rentals and Sup Shack. We'll be back!”

“We had had a really nice stay. The place beautifully decorated and very clean with the most comfortable bed. It is in the perfect location for walking along the ocean and to coffee shops and good restaurants. We hope to come back soon.”

“Great communication with the hosts. Thanks!”
