He offered another larger home he owned in the same town for the same price. We took him up on the offer and it worked out great! “Pros: spacious, open kitchen and living space. Adequately supplied kitchen dishes and pans. Nice deck with comfortable chairs. Large stone patio with firepit. Awesome view of lake. Liked being able to dock pontoon during the day. Cons: dog hair on floor and couches. It's advertised as pet friendly, but traces of pets should be cleaned up before next renter. No dishcloths and only one dish towel. Needed to wipe out fridge drawers before using. No ceiling lights working, except over kitchen sink....

I gave location four stars due to highway 20 being so close to the house. There was traffic buzzing by just 20 steps from the house.
