Located in West Columbia’s walkable River District, this charming home places you near State Street’s locally owned restaurants, cafés, shops, and nightlife. Downtown Columbia, USC, the Vista, and many of the area’s most popular attractions are only a short drive away.

A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay. The starter package includes a limited supply of essential paper products, trash bags, soaps, laundry supplies, and coffee essentials. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

Fresh bed and bath linens are also provided, including sheets, pillowcases, sofa-bed linens, one bath towel and washcloth per guest, hand towels, a bath mat, and an additional bath towel for the full bathroom.

Please note that this home does not have a dishwasher. Dish soap and basic supplies are provided for handwashing dishes. Unit is located on the 2nd floor
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your Heartwood Guide Book, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
