Tucked away behind Uncle Stephen’s Pond, this 3BR/2.5BA home provides a quiet hideaway near top attractions. Walk to Trotting Park Beach for fun in the sun or to Nantucket Sound to watch boats sail out to sea. In the evenings, enjoy easy access to shops and restaurants in Dennis Port.

LIVING AREAS

Vaulted ceilings and plush furniture create an inviting ambience in the main living area. A 50' smart TV allows you to stream movies on relaxed nights at home. An additional living area offers comfy seating by the gas fireplace.

Upstairs, the light-filled loft area is a perfect place to read or watch Netflix on the 44” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need to create beach snacks and festive meals. Sip drinks at the kitchen bar while your recipes simmer nearby.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This beach home sleeps four guests between the three bedrooms and a futon in the additional living area.

The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom holds a twin-size bed alongside a twin-size daybed with twin trundle.

Two more cozy twin-size beds await in the third bedroom.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath on the ground floor provides additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip morning coffee on the second-floor balcony and admire peek-a-boo views of famed Nantucket Sound.

In the backyard, you’ll find a gas grill and a picnic table. Upon returning from the beach, rinse the sand off your feet in the outdoor shower.

THE LOCATION

Stroll 0.4 miles along a private walking trail to Trotting Park Beach. For more fun in the sun, travel 0.9 miles to West Dennis Beach.

Drive 2 miles to Dennis Port, where you’ll find local eateries and unique shops.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
