“House was very spacious, clean, fully stocked with plenty of space for families. beds are so comfortable. The families and especially the teenagers enjoyed outdoor space. Jacob has a great set up outdoors… corn hole game, golf practice and a fire area. we made s'more and gaze at the beautiful sky at night. We also enjoyed the many indoor games, and enjoyed the large TVs (3) to watch World Cup game matches in HD and excellent speakers. It is a beautiful property very private but also very close...

“While everything was fine until check in, we noticed the house had mold in the windows and there was a persistent beeping noise coming from within the owners closet that was locked in the basement bedroom. The beeping noise was loud enough traveled through the house. I reached out to the host asking for help and he didn’t respond until after we had checked out. We couldn’t use basement bedroom and heard beeping throughout the night. Do not recommend.”

“Wanted a big space to gather with friends who have moved out of NY and who’re back for a visit for a long weekend with all the kids- and this place was perfect!! The kids had a blast with the in & outdoor play spaces, all the adults enjoyed the comfy common areas- fighting over the massage chair- and the view from deck is beautiful. SUPER clean, cute and well appointed with appliances that are easy to figure out. As the childless aunty who loves to swim, I was a little bummed to realize there’s...

“From the pictures it looks really nice and clean overlooking a lake. When I arrived there I saw high grass and weeds everywhere. You could not even walk down to the lake because the landscaping is so bad. The bathtub was peeled and the black grout looked dirty. There was no a/c in the two bedrooms but only a unit in the master.I found the furniture not comfortable. When we came back from dinner the gardeners were there mowing. Also, there is poison ivy growing up from the deck next to the...

“We’ve stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it, so we were disappointed to see the property wasn’t in the same condition as it's been during previous visits. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including difficult-to-operate sliding doors, loose hardware, a dirty deck, and a hot tub with an odor and visible debris that was disappointing.Overall, we enjoyed our time but hope these issues are addressed, as this has been one of our favorite places to stay in the past.”
