We stayed at this property in 2022 and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, we had a very different experience this time around. The host messaged me when we arrived that the washing machine was broken and technicians, along with the property manager, would be coming by to fix it, which was completely fine. Before they came, we realized the ice maker was broken and the freezer and wine fridge were also not working. Also, the tv in the guest bedroom will only work if you can log into Netflix - it won't let you watch regular tv. Property manager came by to work on the tv, no solution. We welcomed the techs to work on the washing machine and someone else came to check the freezer/ice maker, but we were told parts had to be ordered. Okay, understood. Nothing about the wine fridge other than to ask if it was plugged in. Discovered guest bathroom shower only had hot water for the first few minutes then turned stone cold, which meant 7 people only had 1 shower to use for 6 days. No hot water in the kitchen. We cooked a meal, and the exhaust fan fell when we tried to turn it on. There is no water dispenser, despite being listed on amenities. There were other things too, but those were the big ones. We had workmen in and out for 2 days which interrupted our family time. Host was communicating with me but there were NO solutions except for him to offer a 150 refund. I was requesting 1 full night stay refunded and the host stopped communicating completely. VRBO said they can't do anything!
