“The elevador was ocupied en several times for the staff with cleaning things and the second fllor carpet has some stains”

“Bad experience — would not return. I checked in on Thursday and was told that housekeeping would be done every other day. My check-out was on Monday, and our room was never cleaned the entire stay. Out of those 4 days, they only changed our towels once. It’s very frustrating when they tell you one thing and do not follow through. Honestly, housekeeping should be done daily, especially considering this is not a cheap hotel and it’s part of the Marriott chain. I had never stayed at a hotel before...

“건물도 룸도 욕실도 아주 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 된 호텔이었다. 다만 욕조에서 샤워기를 틀었을때 욕조로 나오는 물이 완벽하게 샤워기로 돌아가지 않아 양쪽에서 물이 나오다보니 수압이 너무 약해져 샤워하기에 불편했다.”
