“Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!!...

“The little touches included with this listing are what makes the difference between returning to a “house we rented” and returning to a “home away from home”. Thoughtful items like nightlights, labeled light switches (so easy but so useful), and motion sensing lights on the outdoor deck stairs for when you were out later than expected and forgot to leave the outside lights on. “This was our second time staying here. The area is beautiful, the rental feels very homey with a good kitchen! My only critique would be that the bed in the first floor master should be replaced. ”

“Wonderful hosts. House was very clean, well organized and many amenities. Updated bathrooms, large completely stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The back deck was large and looked out to a spacious backyard. Family members loved the large outdoor shower. The property is centrally located. Highly recommend staying here.”

“Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!”
