The women working here were young and probably a bit inexperienced, but they made up for it in being super nice and always a joy to see. Mini fridge with wine and sodas and an offer to bring anything I needed. Nice shampoo, rinse and body wash and face wipes. Comfy robe and slippers. One thing to note is that there are stairs you may need to carry luggage up or down. That was fine for our group but if anyone has knee issues you might want to check on how that works for you Also...
