Although the entire staff was wonderful, Miss Shurla was a stand out for her thoughtful acts and hospitality which made me feel like family in this home-away-from-home. She is a gem! “Excellent beach views and staff kept the areas clean. There can be improved communication from the front desk, however. Also, consideration can be made to better assist customers during checkout when it's raining as the route from rooms to reception isn't covered. ”

“The room was great, exceptional view. The only thing that was a little off-putting was having to ask for towels. There were no face towels or wash cloths. The breakfast was good and all except for the last staff member we encountered on the day before we left was very pleasant and helpful. All in all we had a very wonderful stay and have been recommending this hotel as a must anytime in Tobago.”
