  • Located in Westminster SC on Lake Hartwell, just over the GA/SC border. Secluded wooded setting, Large Private Dock w/Canopy Swing and Canoe. 2 Kayaks, Key-less entry, deck with grill, table and chairs and, Chimenia. Has WIFI and internet, 2 TV's, DVD Player, 2 A/C's 2 Heaters, 2 Ceiling Fans. Just a short distance to Toccoa Falls and Clemson University.
    Keep in mind that this is a "woodsy" setting, and there will be some bugs and spider webs, and occasionally a bug may get in the house.

If you forgot anything, don't worry. Tim will have it. The loft is really for younger children. The selection of board games, videos, things to do is great. My son and I got to hang out with my child from Atlanta and all of us had a good time.

I LOVE the lake cabin & will definitely be back. The pictures on the website are an accurate description of the cabin so we had no surprises. Tim was an awesome host. I had messaged him several times prior to our arrival & he always had a timely response. We enjoyed starting our day with coffee in the dock swing & there was plenty of sun on the dock to enjoy spending most of our time there during our stay. Although the cabin is part of a community, our experience was very peaceful & quiet which was relaxing. The cabin was extremely clean (I'm a clean freak) & the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, dinnerware & even seasonings for cooking. There's plenty of board games to pass the time with after the sun goes down! We took advantage of hiking two different waterfalls nearby, Riley Moore Falls & Brasstown Falls. We enjoyed Sunday service @ nearby Pleasant Grove Baptist Church-friendly people & amazing sermon. Pastor Logan preaches the Word. We took advantage of being near Toccoa & shopped the many thrift stores in the area & enjoyed lunch @ Shirley's Soul Food Cafe which I recommend if you're a meat/three person. This was my first vacation on the lake (I'm usually a beach bum) & I would highly recommend this cabin to anyway looking for a relaxing getaway. I thought I would have to give up vacation oysters not being on the coast but Mountain View Steakhouse in W Union didn't disappoint. This is another restaurant I would recommend if you enjoy great seafood.
