“Arrived at about 2.30 told to wait until 3 before having our which was fair enough, however people arrived a few minutes after us and were given rooms immediately. Couldn't leave our lugfage for a couple of hours on checkout but people checking in early could leave their luggage which baffled me to be honest.”

“Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

“The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean.”

“Lindo hotel en el centro de la ciudad en una buena ubicación para recorrer The Cotswolds. Hotel antiguo con buen restaurant y buen servicio. Hay que prepararse para las escaleras ya que no hay ascensor. ”

“The room was nice and clean. Very noisy throughout the night tho, e.g banging of doors and when somebody flushed their toilet in the next room you thought a tsunami was about to happen! Regarding the bar menu I ordered a lasagne with chips and salad, very average, didn’t enjoy. Nice bar area tho with a big tv playing the football. ”
