“Went for a quiet weekend with friends and my husband and it was a great place for that. Quiet neighborhood and great parking options for the 3 cars we had. Host was very nice and had good communication. It is a downstairs apartment and they do have kids, we didn't mind as they were pretty quiet, but you can hear the footsteps or crying, so if that is something that will bother you then just keep that in mind.
