“In the state of Arizona, especially during the summer months when temperatures are often at or above 100 degrees it is a save bet that if you are operating a rental property that Air Conditioning is a standard. No where did it indicate that this rental did not include Air Conditioning and the room only had a ceiling fan. When the pre-check-in information was sent it even discussed not setting the thermostat below 73 degrees. This was very misleading and beyond disappointing!”

“Pros: great communication & cleanliness Cons: 1. No bottled water & snacks though it was stated there would be2. Coffee station only had Splenda for sweetener3. Mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable 4. Mold in corner of shower5. Shower head is very low, I'm 5'3 & I had to squat under shower head6. VERY difficult to get into shower, it's also a bathtub with very high sides. Grab bars are not placed efficiently, I almost fell getting out.7. They want you to take your trash to the freaking trash can...

“Muy cómodo, limpio, seguro y tranquilo. ”

“Property was pet friendly ”

“The RV was a wonderful experience, very clean, and the park has outstanding staff and amenities....I will definitely be returning for a more extended stay....! ”

“Camping trailer was clean, but couch was quite warn, no towels in second bathroom, heat control for second bedroom was lacking and loud, no headboard and large gap between mattress and wall.”

“The pictures are accurate. I had plenty of space to cook for my family of 5. The main bed was firm yet comfortable. The Grand Canyon was 1 hr away. Safeway’s and Restaurants were near by. It was close to the freeway but little to no noise was heard. The park was very quiet, people were responsible. I felt very safe walking around. The grounds were well cared for. The shower clearance was about 5’8”. But there is a separate shower/ Bathroom area available. The air conditioning and heating worked...

“Very beautiful place and the owner is lovely! Thank you for letting us stay! We definitely will be back”

“We enjoyed beautiful views as we relaxed on the deck….. what a wonderful memory created in a historic Arizona mining town. Thank you!”

“This property was a quaint, quiet and clean place. We were able to enjoy watching the rain from the large windows in the sun room. The bed was also very comfortable. The host was accessible, friendly and made check-in quick and easy. We recommend this property to anyone visiting the Cottonwood area.”

“The pictures in the listing may not be what you get. We were put on a second floor with outside stairs. Do not recommend with people afraid of heights or bad knees. The apartment was clean. The bed was very comfortable , window air conditioners only. Good parking . The outside furniture on the upper patio needs to have repairs or replaced. It was quiet, pet friendly.”
