“Great location ”

“Had a great weekend! Nice quiet and well located condo. Plenty of room and privacy. The only thing that we would have liked better would have been warmer water. The shower temperature never raised above luke warm and on a cold weekend a hotter shower would have been nice.”

“Location and neighborhood got a 1 star only because it listed the property off of Williamsburg road, about 12 miles east. Which also ties into the accuracy of listing. Which was the appeal. The location ended up working out just fine, but was a little disappointed. Cleanliness was overall great, but there was an ant problem. Through the house! Kitchen counters, bathrooms, bedrooms. They didn’t pose too much of an issues, but they were noticeable. ”

“The property and unit are beautiful and right on the beach. The unit isn't very big but just the perfect size for a couple. Its also just far enough out of town to feel peaceful but close enough to easily be able to do things. We noticed a few things needed repair when we arrived (nothing urgent and not a big deal to us) like broken hooks for the blinds the owner was very responsive so I'm sure if it would have been an urgent matter their response would have been wonderful. “The location was really great. We were close to shopping downtown in Traverse with just a short drive. Great restaurants and great beaches were nearby. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The refrigerator was a little small but we made it work for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This apartment was adorable and in such a great location! Bed was super comfortable, shower was nice, and the views were great. I was here for the horseshow and it took only 5-10mins to get there each day. Also, the rental agency that runs these properties is super communicative and easy to reach. Would recommend!”
