“I loved this old property. The bed was hella comfortable and the pillows were heavenly. I felt like a princess because I opened up the canopy curtains on the bed. The place was well ventilated for such an old home and the toilet is smarter than most people. The seat is heated, so I didn’t want to get off. The decor was super modern and sleek. A few cleaning spots were missed, but I didn’t mind too much. There was a whole link explaining everything you would need to know about the place sent...

“This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening....

Shower upstairs is inaccessible, door hardware is strewn about (one door looks like it was forcibly opened at some point), the HVAC does not cool the upstairs (and makes clanking noises all night), and in general the place could use a thorough wall cleaning or even re-painting.
