“The property was nice and was perfect for a couple night stay. Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. ”

“To start, the location was in a very rough neighborhood with a lot of homeless people around the house. We did not feel safe even during the day. Property needs a big renovation as the pictures do not represent reality. Things are falling apart. Rugs and couch were stained and dirty. No utensils, plates, cups and silverware. “The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area!”

“The location was a close distance to great things to do. Being close to a store allowed us to gather food and cook in the rental though there is a great cheesesteak place a few blocks away. Having gated parking was a big incentive. We did get approached a few times outside by people asking for money but we did not feel unsafe once we were inside the rental.
